Payment,
Cancellation, Refund Policy and Terms
All
of our courses are run on demand and are subject to minimum numbers. STCW Full
payment of the course fee is required to confirm the course booking and is not
refundable. ALL
OTHER COURSES EXCEPT STCW PAYMENT
TERMS
Your
course dates will be confirmed once we attain
the required minimum number of pupils for that
course or at our discretion. Your position will
only be secured and confirmed once payment of
50% of the course fee (first 50%). Please note
that this amount is not refundable.
The
balance of the course fee (second 50%) is payable no later than 15 days prior
to the commencement of the course. CANCELLATION
AND REFUNDS If
the full fee has been paid in advance, only 50% will be refunded if you cancel
more than 15 days prior to the course commencing. There
is no refund if you cancel 14 days or less prior to the course commencing. If
for a valid medical or operational
reason you are unable to attend the course the following refund policy
applies: 1.
PYT will include you on a course on different dates that has attained minimum
numbers and at no additional cost. You will be advised of these course dates at
the earliest opportunity. Please note: If you elect not to attend this course
the confirmation of booking fee (first 50%) is still not be refundable. 2.
The
balance of the course fee (second 50%) will only be refunded if we are advised
more than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the alternate course. 3.
Half
of the balance (ie. 25% of the total course fee) will be refunded if we are advised
between 29 and 15 days prior to the commencement date of the alternate course. 4.
There will be no refund at all if notified 14 days or less prior to the commencement
date of the alternate course. Note:
We
are willing to reschedule to accommodate you but at a date that is convenient
to ourselves. Carefully plan your dates as our courses are confirmed based on
your attendance. |
